Sheikh Hasina to head poll-time govt: Qamrul

Food Minister Qamrul Islam said on Sunday Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will head the poll-time government as there is no scope for people or party who have no participation in parliament to get inducted in that administration, reports BSS.

"The next general election will be a free, fair and acceptable one. We want an election in which all will participate. But we don't need any kind of dialogue regarding the election. Court will decide whether BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia will be able to take part in the upcoming polls. We will accept court's decision," he said.

The minister came up with the observations while addressing a function organised on Sahapur Madrasa premises in Rohitpur union in Keraniganj this morning.
