Travel ban on ex-exec committee chairman of NRBC Bank

A Dhaka court has imposed a travel ban on Mohammad Adnan Imam, former executive committee chairman of NRBC Bank PLC, over graft allegations, reports BSS.

Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order on Thursday, allowing a plea of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The anti-graft body in its plea said the accused during his tenure as the executive committee chairman of NRBC Bank PLC amassed wealth illegally through stock market manipulation and other unlawful means.
