Travel ban on ex-minister Mozammel

A Dhaka court has imposed travel ban on former liberation war affairs minister AKM Mozammel Haque and three others over graft charges brought by the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), reports BSS.

The three other people, who have been barred to leave the country, are former additional secretary Farid Aziz, former commissioner of Beanpole Customs House Mohammad Belal Hossain Chowdhury and his wife Hosna Ferdous Sumi.

Dhaka Senior Special Judge Zakir Hossain Galib passed the orders on Sunday, allowing three separate pleas of the ACC.
