Two ex-RAB officers asked to appear before ICT on Dec 2

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has asked two former Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) officers before the tribunal on

December 2 in a case filed over enforced disappearances during the Awami League (AL) regime, reports BSS.

A judicial panel led by Chairman of the ICT Golam Mortuza Mozumder passed the order on Thursday upon a prosecution appeal of issuing production warrants against

them.

Former Superintendent of Police (SP) of Rangamati Training Center and former RAB-2 officer Mohiuddin Farooqui and Additional Superintendent of Police of

Barisal Range Alep Uddin were asked to appear before the ICT tribunal.

Prosecutor BM Sultan Mahmood informed the news agency about the order, saying, "We applied for their production warrant to the tribunal and it ordered them toappear on December 2 next."
