$4.010b remittance received in last 3 months

Bangladesh received the highest amount of remittance from Saudi Arabia among the countries in Europe, America and Asia in the last three months from July to September in the current fiscal. Bangladesh Bank (BB) statistics show that non-resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) living in Saudi Arabia sent a total of US$ 848.21 million while the total remittance received from all the countries is $ 4.010 billion, according to a news agency.
