1 arrested with Phensidyl in C\\\'nawabganj

Police arrested an alleged drug peddler along with 1,800 bottles of Phensidyl syrup at Bholahat upazila in Chapainawabganj district on Sunday night. The arrestee was identified as Sagira, 35, wife of Atabur, a resident of Poladanga village. Police said, being tipped off, a team of police conducted a drive at the house of Atabur and arrested Sagira along with the contraband drugs, packed in a sack, around 9:30pm. A case was filed in this connection, according to UNB.
