1 held with 400 Yaba tablets in Sherpur

Police recovered 400 pieces of Yaba tablet in Char Bhabna in Sherpur Sadar Upazila on Wednesday. A woman was arrested allegedly for possessing the contraband item. Police identified the arrestee as Joytsna Begum, 32. Being informed, police conducted a drive on Kamarerchar Road in the evening while two drug peddlers were going to Jamalpur on a motorcycle. Police stopped the motorbike, arrested Joytsna and recovered 400 pieces of Yaba tablet from the vehicle, according to a news agency.
