1 killed in Ctg boiler blast

CHITTAGONG, Nov 13 (UNB): A worker of a steel mill was killed and six others were injured in a boiler explosion at Panchlaish Thana in the city Friday.
The deceased was identified as Jakir Hossain (30) of Tanore Upazila in Rajshahi district.
Police said the boiler of Bayezid Steel Mill suddenly exploded at noon, leaving seven workers injured.
The injured Zakir Hossain, Nasir (32), Majedul Mondol (32), Nasiruddin (22), Shahabuddin (35), Razzak Mollah (50), and Selim (27), were admitted to C M CH burn unit where Zakir died.
