10 hurt as AL-BNP men clash in Pabna

PABNA, Sept 14 (UNB): At least 10 people were injured in a fierce clash between supporters of the Awami league (AL) and the BNP in Mandalpara area of the town Saturday morning.
Witnesses said the clash started when BNP men allegedly attacked AL supporters as they tried to bring out a procession in protest against attack on their activist Malu (32), three days back.
Of the injured, five were admitted to the district general hospital. Two separate cases were filed with local police in this connection.
