10,000 Yaba tablets recovered

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel recovered 10,000 pieces of Yaba in Hila Customs Ghat under Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar district on Saturday morning. Tipped off, a BGB team conducted a drive in the area and seized a boat along with some sacks containing crabs at about 9:30am, said Habildar Taribur Rahman of BGB-42. Later, the BGB men recovered 10,000 Yaba tablets searching the sacks. No arrest was made as the smugglers managed to escape before the BGB team arrived, according to a news agency.
