11 Shibir men hurt in BCL attack

GAZIPUR, Oct 27 (UNB); At least 11 activists of Islami Chhatra Shibir were injured in an attack by the activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) at Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology (DUET) here Thursday early morning. Shibir leaders alleged that the BCL activists called their activists from different halls of DUET and hit them with sharp weapons, leaving 11 injured. However, BCL leaders denying the allegation of attack said that they just prevented Shibir men while they were chanting slogans against the government and pasting anti-government posters on the campus.
