110 BDR men sent to jail

BANDARBAN, Jun 2 (UNB): A big batch of 110 Bangladesh Riffles (BDR) men, arrested earlier in connection with the BDR revolt, were sent to jail Monday after they were produced before a local court.
Earlier in the morning, the arrested BDR personnel were taken to the magistrate court from the district jail amid tight security.
The court sent them to jail and fixed June 21 as the next date for hearing in the sedition case filed against them.
