1,150 Yaba tablets seized, 8 held in Ctg

CHITTAGONG, Dec 2 (BSS): Police arrested eight drug peddlers with 1,150 pieces of Yaba tablets in separate drives in the city's Devpahar and Bakalia area in the early hours Tuesday.
The arrestees were identified as Muhammad Kutub Uddin (35), of Chandhaniash Upazila, Shah Alam (50), Osman Goni (35), Delwar Hossain (28), his wife Rasheda Begum (22), the four hailed from Cox's Bazar district and Bashir Ahmed (35), hailed from Patiya Upazila of the district.
