12 charged for \\\'killing\\\' Milki

The Rapid Action Battalion (Rab), investigating the killing of Jubo League leader Milki, on Tuesday submitted the charge-sheet before a Dhaka court accusing 12 people, mostly Jubo League leaders and activists, in the sensational murder case (details to come), according to a news agency.
