125 BD trafficking victims to return home Tuesday

A total of 125 Bangladeshi human trafficking victims who were rescued by Myanmar authorities on May 21 and May 29 will be brought back home from Myanmar on Tuesday. A flag meeting will be held between Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) and Myanmar’s Immigration and National Registry Department on opposite site of the Ghumdhum border point in Naikhyongchari upazila of Bandarban district around 10:30am in this regard, said commanding officer of Cox’s Bazar BGB battalion- 17 Lt Col M Robiul Islam, according to a news agency.
