127th Board meeting of Union Insurance Co. held

The 127th Board meeting of Union Insurance Co. Ltd. was held at own premises of Agrabad Branch, Chattogram. Founder Chairman Mr. Mozaffar Hossain Paltu presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman Mohammad Hasmot Ali, Chairman of Executive Committee Md. Azizur Rahman, Chairman of Claim Committee Jahangir Alam, Director Alhaj Nuruddin Ahmed & Bibi Wazeda along with others Directors were present in the meeting. The Chief Executive Officer Talukder Md Zakaria Hossain & Company Secretary Shafquat Moula were also present in the meeting. The Board declared 5 per cent cash dividend under audited accounts of closing year 2021 & AGM date was fixed on 19.09.2022.
