13,000 Yaba tablets seized

Officials of the Department of Narcotics Control have seized 13,000 pieces of Yaba tablet in Dakkhinkhan area of Dhaka city. They also arrested two suspected drug dealers in this connection. Being tipped off, a special team of the department conducted a raid on Mollartek under Dakkhinkhan police station and recovered the contraband pills. They rounded up Rasheduzzaman, 37, and Md Ali, 38, from the spot. Narcotics Control Department officials said the arrestees are drug dealer. A case was filed, according to a news agency.
