14 crime suspects held in city

Police arrested 14 suspected criminals during a day-long special operation in the Mohammadpur area of the capital on Thursday, reports BSS.
Deputy Commissioner (Media and Public Relations) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Muhammad Talebur Rahman said the operation was carried out on the basis of specific intelligence.
The arrestees are Samir (19, Jamal (30), Sumon (23), Sajib (28), Russel (45), Sohel (28), Faizur (19), Saju (21), Sajedul Islam Tushar (30), Sohel alias Tipu (30), Arju (33), Shamim (38), Sajib (25) and Abbas (22).
