14-party alliance extends support to AL leader Liton

RAJSHAHI, June 18 (BSS): The 14-party alliance extended support to AHM Khairuzzaman Liton as mayoral candidate in the Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC).
The alliance took the decision in a meeting at Rajshahi city unit office of Awami League (AL) on Friday.
The alliance city unit coordinator and city AL president Liton presided over the meeting.
The meeting was attended, among others, by Fazley Hossain Badsha, MP, and Liakat Ali Liku from Workers Party of Bangladesh, Dablu Sarker from Awami League and Mustafizur Rahman Khan from National Awami Party.
