141st birth anniversary of Sher-e-Bangla observed

The 141st birth anniversary of veteran politician of the subcontinent Sher-e-Bangla AK Fazlul Huq was observed across the country with due respect on Sunday. To mark day, different political and socio-cultural organisations took up elaborate programmes including placing wreaths at the graveyard of the great leader, offering fateha and doa, and discussion at different venues. Sher-e-Bangla Jatiya Smrity Sangsad, Biswa Bangali Sammilon and Proposed Bangladesh Krishak-Sramik Party jointly organised a discussion at the mazar of the great leader on Dhaka University campus, according to BSS.
