16TH AGM OF BANGLADESH DEVELOPMENT BANK HELD

The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Development Bank PLC was held at the bank's board room on Tuesday. Chairman of the Board of Directors Ahmed Ismet presided over the meeting, while Managing Director of the bank Md. Jashim Uddin presented the Annual Report 2025. Md. Azimuddin Biswas, Additional Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, attended the AGM as a government representative. Directors Md. Abdul Mojid, Md. Shah Alam, Sultan Mahmud Bin Zulfiqar, Md. Shah Alam Mia, Mahbubun Nahar and Md. Chaynul Haque and Deputy Managing Director Parveen Akter were also present.
