Nineteen more cases of swine flu have been detected in the country, taking the total number to 163, Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR) Director Mahmudur Rahman said Friday. "Of the new, detected with the virus, one came from abroad and others have been living in Dhaka and elsewhere in the country" Dr Mahmud said. Of those initially detected with the virus, most of them arrived from overseas, but the trend has shifted to patients, who have become infected within the country, he added.
