19 promoted to secy, NBR official made OSD

The government has promoted 19 additional secretary-level officials to secretary in a major administration shuffle that includes the information, power, food and local government ministries. The recommendations had already been made at a meeting of the Superior Selection Board (SSB), establishment secretary Iqbal Mahmud said Tuesday. Besides, Emdadul Huq, a member of National Board of Revenue (tax exemption and appeal), has been made officer on special duty (OSD). — bdnews24.com/FE Report
