19 ‘doping gang’ men held in city

Detective branch of police arrested 19 members of a doping gang including its three ringleaders from different places of the city in separate drives from Monday night till early Tuesday, reports UNB.
The law enforcers also seized huge sedatives and herbal medicines from their possession.
Details of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Muntasir Islam, deputy commissioner (media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police, confirmed the arrest.
