19pc work on voter roll complete

A total of 19 per cent work on the new voter roll has been completed with the registration of 7,173,884 voters in 47 zones across the country as the voter-listing drive moved at a faster pace. Voter registration is underway at 82 other places across the country for listing another 9,515,733 voters, an Election Commission (EC) release said Tuesday. —UNB
