The 19th Annual General Meeting of Maksons Spinning Mills Limited was held on a digital platform on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the company Mohammad Ali Khokon. The Managing Director and other Directors attended the AGM. In the meeting, the shareholders approved the Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June, 2023 and the Director's Report.
