2 addl sales of tea auction soon

CHITTAGONG, Mar 9: Two additional sales of tea in the current season will be held on 8 April and 15 April, said the auctioneers. In a press release the National Brokers Ltd today said the decision to hold two more sales in tea auction was taken by the Bangladesh Tea Board on February 19 last. It is unprecedented, concerned sources said. Teas of the current season will be on sale as two sales of the season could not be held due to pre-election political turmoil. Buyers' dates have been fixed for the sales number 46 and 47 on April 21 and April 28, 2014 respectively.
