2 alleged terrorists arrested

Police arrested two alleged terrorists along with a gun and a number of bullets and bombs at Sadar upazila in Jhenidah district on Friday evening. The arrested were identified as Bishawjit Kumar, 24, son of Nitya Gopal, and Sazzatur Rahman, 23, son of Ajmat Ali of Kacharitola village of Harinakunda upazila. Officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station Iqbal Bahar Chowdhury said a patrol team of police recovered the arms, bullets and bombs after searching the bodies of Bishawjit and Sazzatur at Gilabaria village around 6.30pm. Police arrested them. and also seized their motorcycle, according to UNB.
