2 Bangladeshis die in Saudi accidents

Two Bangladesh nationals have been killed in road accidents in holy Medina and Taif city of Saudi Arabia on Monday night. The deceased were identified as M Hamid Ullah, 31, hailed from Lohagara upazila of Chittagong district and Humayun Kabir, 30, hailed from Chandina upazila of Comilla district. Hamid, who drove a car, sustained critical injuries in a car accident near Medina airport. He was rescued and whisked off to Moasat Speciallised Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, said the deceased’s uncle Saudi Arabia expatriate M Ishak. On the other hand, Humayun Kabir’s family members said he along with his three friends was traveling to a place by a private car. The car overturned as its wheels went out of service in Taif city, leaving Humayun Kabir dead on the spot and three other people injured. Condition of one of the injured was stated to be critical. Details about them could not be known, according to a news agency.
