2 Bangladeshis killed in Malaysia building collapse

At least two Bangladesh nationals were killed in a building collapse in Subang Jaya in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur city in Malaysia on Wednesday aternoon. One of the deceased was identified as Mohammad Sumon Mollah, 30. The other Bangladeshi worker, aged around 29, could not be identified. Being informed, a firefighting unit from nearby Selangor area rushed to the Ampang LRT extension project after the under-constructure structure collapsed on the two Bangladeshis, who were staying at the worksite of the large project at Kampung Kuala Sungai Baru in Subang Jaya, 5 kilometres off Kuala Lumpur city, around 4pm. Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director of operations Mohd Sani Harul said the bodies of the two victims were sent to Serdang Hospital for autopsy, according to a news agency.
