2 BD siblings killed in Benghazi missile attack

Two Bangladeshi siblings were killed while two other Bangladesh nationals injured in a missile attack on their residential camp at Benghazi city in Libya on Saturday night. First Secretary (Labour) at Bangladesh Embassy in Tripoli Ahsan Kibria Siddiqui confirmed UNB over phone on Monday about the casualties and injuries in missile attack. The deceased were identified as Swapan and his younger brother Milon, sons of Abdul Kuddus Shayal of Shariatpur district. Responding to a query, the official said they would be able to send back the bodies by next 10 days on completion of necessary formalities. He said the migrant workers used to work in a water purification plant – Sama Libya – in Bengazi and used to live at a residential camp close to their workplace.
