2 BGB men killed in training-time grenade blast

Two members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) were killed and four others injured in a grenade explosion during training in the Khagrachhari cantonment on Sunday, reports UNB.
The deceased were identified as Nayek Subedar Abul Kashem and Sipahi Hasan of BGB battalion-16 in Khagrachhari.
Sources at the BGB Headquarters said the two members of BGB battalion-16 succumbed to their injuries caused by an accidental grenade explosion during a combat training in the cantonment around 11:25am.
Four other BGB members were injured in the blast, sources added.
