2 children crushed under train

Two children were crushed to death by a train at Adamdighi upazila in Bogra district on Sunday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Tahmina, daughter of Rabbani, and Habib, son of Wahed, both residents of Sudin village in the upazila. Witnesses said Tahmina and Habib were playing in the rail tracks near their houses when the Dhaka-bound ‘Lalmoni Express’ train from Lalmonirhat hit them in the afternoon, leaving them dead on the spot. Police recovered the bodies and sent those to a local hospital for autopsy, according to UNB.
