2-day road-waterway blockade in Rangamati from Friday

Six organisations of Bangalee settlers have announced to enforce a road-waterway blockade in Rangamati  district for Friday and Saturday protesting the three-day tour of International Commission on Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs to the hill region. The announcement came at a press conference jointly organised by the six organisations -- Parbatya Samaodhikar Andolon (PSA), Parbatya Gano parishad (PGP), Parbatya Oikya Parishad (POP), Parbatya Bangalee Chhatra Parishad, Parbatya Nagorik Parishad (PNP) and Parbatya Chhatra Andolon -- at the office of Kathaltali Koratkal Babosayee Samity, according to a news agency.
