2 die in Ctg road crashes

Two people have died in separate road accidents in Chittagong city and Sitakunda Upazila. Ismail Hossain Rabbani, an expatriate living in Dubai, was killed when a truck ran over him after he fell from his motorbike at City Gate in the port city on Friday, said Akbar Shah Police Station OC Abdul Majid. The truck driver fled. Meanwhile, a bus hit an auto-rickshaw carrying Safiul Alam Safi on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway at Madam Bibir Haat under Sitakunda Upazila on Friday night, said OC Iftekhar Hassan of Sitakunda Police Station. Safi died on the spot, he added, according to bdnews24.com.
