2 die in N\\\'ganj road accident

A woman and her daughter were killed as a truck rammed into their rickshaw in Mission Para area in Narayanganj city on Friday morning. The deceased were identified as Shirin Begum, 28, and her daughter Jayita, 6. Witnesses said a truck rammed into a rickshaw, leaving Shirin and Jayita dead on the spot. Another person was also was injured. Agitated by the accident, local people torched the truck. Police rushed to the spot and took the situation under control. The truck driver was arrested. The injured Orpita was admitted to a local hospital, according to a news agency.
