2 female RMG workers killed in Gazipur road crash

Two female garment workers were killed as they were run over by a bus at Gargaria Masterbari on Dhaka-Mymensigh highway in Sreepur upazila of Gazipur district on Thursday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Hurena Khatun, 28, of Konabari village in Trishal upazila of Mymensingh and Ruma Akhter, 25, daughter of Abul Kashem of Alhari Tanpara in the same upazila. Both were workers of Pandora Sweater Factory situated at Gargaria Masterbari in Sreepur municipality area, according to a news agency.
