2 held with 905 Yaba in Nawabganj

Police in a drive arrested two drug traders along with 905 pieces of Yaba tablet at Dighirpar village in Nawabganj upazila of Dhaka district on Thursday night. The arrestees were identified as Saher Uddin, 30, son of Rajjab Uddin of Dighirpar village, and Selim, 45, son of Abdul Hamid of Moimandi village. Sohel Rana, sub-inspector of Nawabganj Police Station said, tipped off a team of police raided the house of one Saher in the night and arrested them along with the Yaba tablets. They had long been involved in Yaba trading, said the SI. A case was filed with Nawabganj Police Station, according to a news agency.
