2 held with firearm, ammo

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel arrested two alleged arms traders along with a pistol, two rounds of bullet and two magazines in Nachol Upazila in Chapainawabganj district on Saturday night. The arrestees were identified as Ashraful, 24, son of Farid Uddin, and Manirul, 20, son of Entaj Ali of Kajla Purbapara village. RAB-5 sources said, a team of RAB-5 in the guise of buyers to make a deal to buy firearms went near Sweety Filling Station at South Sakupara and arrested Ashraful and Manirul around 8:30pm. The elite force recovered a pistol, two rounds of bullet and two magazines from their possession, according to a news agency.
