2 held with firearm, ammo in C\\\'nawabganj

Police arrested two people along with a firearm and ammunitions at Chama Bazar in Shibganj Upazila in Chapainawabganj on Thursday afternoon. The arrested are Mohammad Fahim, 18, son of Faizuddin of Kalabari village, and Sumon Ali, 30, a human hauler driver and son of Wahab Ali of Milik Mor village in Kansat Upazila. Being tipped off, a team from Shibganj Police Station intercepted a human hauler and arrested Fahim along with a pistol, 4 rounds of bullets and a magazine. Following his confessional statement, police recovered 6 more bullets from his house. Later, police arrested the human hauler driver Sumon on suspicion of his involvement in the incident, according to a news agency.
