2 jailed for trading porn footages

A mobile court in Magura on Monday sentenced two video shop owners to one month’s jail and fined them Tk10,000 each for exchanging porn footages at Chaurongi in the district town. The convicts were identified as Ziauddin and Riad Ali, owners of two video shops in the area. Munsi Assaduzzaman, officer-in charge of Sadar Police Station said on information, a mobile court led by Executive Magistrate Mohammad Ullah, conducted a raid in the area and sentenced the duo to one month’s jail and fined them Tk10,000 each for storing porn footages and exchanging those with school students. Police seized a huge number of porno CDs from their possession. The convicts were sent to Magura central jail, according to a news agency.
