2 JCD men held near Khaleda\\\'s office

Police arrested on Tuesday two Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) activists from in front of BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's Gulshan office as they had been there with some food for her, reports UNB.
Members of Gulshan police intercepted Jewel Khan and Nasiruddin, activists of private university AIUB unit JCD, as they tried to enter the BNP chief's office with some cooked rice, drinks and two papayas around 1:45 pm, said Khaleda's press wing member Sayrul Kabir Khan.
Later, they were taken to Gulshan thana.
Talking to reporters, Nasir said they came to provide the food items to their leader Khaleda Zia, but police arrested them.
Asked why they were arrested, police declined to make any comment.
