2 kids burnt to death while playing with fire

Two siblings have been killed when a bottle containing spirit exploded in Durgapur under Faridganj Upazila in Chandpur district. They were identified as Arefin, 9, and Al Amin, 4, sons of Alamgir Hosain of Durgapur village. Victims’ family members said the incident took place on Saturday morning. They said the children were playing with a match box at their home around 10:00am. At one stage, they lit a match stick and tossed it into a bottle full of the combustible substance. The bottle containing spirit exploded with a bang, leaving them seriously injured. They were first admitted to Chandpur Sadar Hospital. Later, they died on the way to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, according to a news agency.
