2 killed in Jhenidah

Miscreants killed two people in Kaliganj and Shailakupa upazilas of Jhenaidah district at some time between Wednesday night and Thursday. Local people found the body of Mohsin Hossain, alias Ali, 40, son of Hujur Ali of Mekurkhinda village in Kaliganj upazila, at his poultry farm in the same village on Friday the morning. Informed, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body. Locals and hospital sources said Mohsin was strangulated to death by unidentified miscreants. In another incident, the cut off head of a man, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, was found by local people behind the drug store of one Amirul Islam Daktar at Sheikhpara Bazar in Shailakupa upazila on Friday morning. Police went to the spot on information and recovered the head, according to a news agency.
