2 killed in Natore truck collision

At least two people were killed when three trucks ran into one another and of the lorries fell off a bridge at Baraigram upazila in Natore district on Wednesday. The deceased were identified Selim Reza, 35, the driver of an ill-fated truck and son of Mozammel Huq of Chapainawabganj district, and his helper Nazrul Islam, 25. Police and locals said the three trucks were heading for Natore from Dhaka when they rammed into each other and turned turtle near bridge no-8 in Aatgram Bazar area. The third truck, laden with sand, fell off the bridge. They said the fatal accident occurred in thick fog, they said, according to a news agency.
