2 \\\'listed terrorists\\\' arrested with firearms

Police arrested two ‘listed criminals’ in possession of two light guns and 7 rounds of bullet from Dattapata area in Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila on Thursday. The arrested are Khorshed Alam, son of Tofael Ahmed, a resident of Dattapata village, and Azad Hossain, son of Nurul Islam, a resident of Mandari village of the Upazila. Wahiduzzaman, in-charge of Police Investigation Centre, claimed that being tipped off, a police team conducted a drive in the area and arrested the duo early Thursday. Police also recovered two light guns and 7 rounds of bullet from them, according to a news agency.
