2 PCJSS men abducted in Rangamati

Miscreants kidnapped two supporters of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samity (PCJSS) at Langadu upazila in Rangamati district on Monday night. The victims were identified as Priomoy Chakma and his brother Susomoy Chakma of Ultachhari under Atarakchhara union in the upazila. Rangamati district unit PCJSS assistant information and publicity secretary Sajib Chakma said a gang of miscreants, numbering 10/12, stormed their house at Ultachhari around 11:00pm and picked them up at gunpoint. On information, a patrol team of Bangladesh Army visited the spot. The PCJSS Rangamati unit blamed the MN Larma faction of Parbatya Chattagram Jana Sanghati Samiti (PCJSS) for the abduction incident. Contacted, PCJSS MN Larma central unit information and publicity secretary Prashanta Chakma denied the allegation, according to UNB.
