2 \\\'robbers\\\' lynched in Faridpur

Two suspected robbers were killed in a lynch-mob attack in Boalmari upazila in Faridpur district on Sunday night. The deceased were identified as Milon, 30, son of Shahid Member, and Murad, 28, son of Motaleb Fakir in Chatar area of Chandpur union in the upazila.
Additional police super Quamruzzaman said locals caught Milon and Shahid along with sharp weapons from the area around 10pm.
Later, the angry mob gave them a good beating suspecting them as robbers, leaving them dead on the spot.
Sub-inspector Nazrul Islam of Boalmari Police Station said they went to the spot and brought the situation under control, according to UNB.
