2 villages under electrification network

NAOGAON, July 19 (BSS): Two villages, Abadpur and Dospaika, under Sadar upazila of the district, have been brought under rural electrification network by Naogaon Palli Biddyut Samity (NPBS) on Thursday.
Mohammad Abdul Malek, local lawmaker, formally inaugurated the electrification programme at a function held at the Abadpur village with local Awami League leader Mohammad Afzal Hossain in the chair.
A large number of people including the officials of NPBS, public representatives, social workers, political leaders and local elite were present on the occasion.
The programme was implemented at a cost of over Taka 1.45 million.
