2 women held with 64 gold bars at Dhaka Airport

Customs officials arrested two women along with 64 gold bars weighing 7.5 kg from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday.
The arrestees were identified as Josna Akter and Zarin Begum, a news agency report said.
The arrestees came here from Chittagong by a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines in the afternoon.
Tipped off, a team of customs officials challenged the two women and recovered the gold bars kept in their waist belt around 1:30 pm, said joint commissioner of Custom House SM Sohel Rahman.
